The family room was great-sized, it had a safe, coffee/tea making machines, and multi-channel TV. The staff were very helpful and attentive and created family atmosphere. The setting was particularly good, just off the hill and the centre.

The Peak Ella is a hip new hotel with super friendly and amiable staff. the location is marvelous, making you feel comfortable and away from everything. the hotel offers free parking onsite. It is conveniently located close to Nuwara Eliya and the center of Ella.

The views were stunning, and the rooms were nicely decorated with modern amenities like new aircon and TV. Breakfast was delicious, with special vegetarian dishes prepared upon request. the friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager, made our stay enjoyable. A great location for nature lovers and excursion seekers.

The intense lighting in the rooms was overwhelming; a softer option would have been preferable.
